HunanCpev Battery Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of automotive batteries for Toyota. It started cooperation with Sunkey in 2017. Facing the strict audit requirements of HunanCpev and Toyota, the managers of our company actively learn the management system from Toyota and implement the application in our company. Finally we passed the preliminary review of the two companies. In the later period, through the efforts of our R & D team for about a month, our company designed a complete battery packaging solution for HunanCpev. This solution solves the problem of cleanliness of packaging bags for customers, and solves the problem of excessive foreign particles such as metal particles in packaging film, which affects the product quality, and helps HunanCpev achieve its goal of providing Toyota with zero quality defect products. After two years of cooperation, our company has established a strategic partnership of close cooperation and close communication with HunanCpev.
